What if I don't like one of your braces and want to return it?

If you purchased directly from taycobrace.com and you are not satisfied with the brace within 30 days of purchase, ship it back and we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

If you received a brace from a medical provider, athletic trainer, or from another website, you must reach out them for a return.

When does the 30-day period begin?

It starts on the day the delivery company drops off the brace at your home.

What if I am past the 30-day return window?

How do I ship the brace back?

We will generate a return label for you. Put the external brace back in its original packaging (if possible). Once repackaged properly, visit your local UPS store, or schedule a pickup via one of those two companies. If you have a question, please contact us at help@taycobrace.com or 574.968.0066.

What do I do if the item arrives damaged or defective?

Unfortunately, manufacturing defects happen. So does damage during the shipping process. If either of these occur, they still fall under the 30-day, free return policy and you have two options: we will provide a replacement brace at no cost or you can ship the brace back for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the product is received, our team will communicate with you via the email on file and begin processing the refund immediately. Depending on payment method and/or processing by your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days to receive the refund. We can only guarantee refunds form products purchased directly on taycobrace.com.

Can I exchange a brace for a different size?

Yes, you may. It's recommended to go ahead and purchase the new brace size in order to expedite the process. Then once we receive your previous brace, we'll provide a full refund to your account.
