We have a 30-day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Submit a Return Request
To start a return, you can contact us at help@taycobrace.com or start a self-service return following the directions below:
- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your Order Number (example: 2525) and Email Address for which you placed the order with
- Click the Find Your Order button
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
When your return is accepted, you'll receive a USPS return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
In order to receive your refund, it must be postmarked by USPS within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@taycobrace.com or 574.968.0066.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Submit a Return Request
All return requests must be submitted for approval prior to sending product back.
To initiate a return, please email orders@taycobrace.com with your request. If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Once an RMA is issued, please ship the product with the RMA printed and included in the box to:

Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, TayCo Brace will issue either a credit or refund within 10 business days, based on the original method of purchase and return approval terms.
Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be delayed or rejected.
