What common conditions can the braces be used for?
Our braces are designed to support active go-getters recovering from a wide range of ankle and hindfoot injuries, fractures, and medical conditions. What are your shipping turnaround times?
Our standard fulfillment time is 0–1 business days. If you place your order by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day, guaranteed.
How can I edit my order after it's placed?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at help@taycobrace.com as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders placed before our 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff are typically fulfilled right away, so edits may not be possible. If your order was placed after 12:00 p.m., there’s a better chance we can make updates before it ships.

I need help with an Amazon order

What kind of shoes are recommended to wear?
While external ankle braces typically fit comfortably over most traditional athletic/walking shoes, work/hiking boots, and cleats with tongues and laces, some shoe designs may not be ideal for wearing with a brace. Factors such as the shoe's style, material, and opening can influence its compatibility. Read the complete guide to understand shoe compatibility.
How do I get replacement straps and pads?
We offer replacement straps, pads, and locking bars for sale here. Please note, the bottom stirrup strap is NOT replaceable. However if it does ever break, please contact us and we'll replace the brace for free.
What's your warranty policy?
Our 365-day guarantee ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire duration of its life. This means that if your product experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects or faults, we will repair or replace it free of charge. View our complete warranty policy.
Are your products covered by insurance?
Our braces are eligible for insurance coverage when prescribed by a physician only. Insurance coverage for durable medical equipment varies by plan. Our AthleticX, Acute XAB, and Custom External AFO Braces are all eligible through insurance if prescribed and fitted by a licensed provider. The RecoverX Brace and AthleticX Brace when purchased on our website is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card?
Yes! TayCo Brace over-the-shoe ankle support braces are always eligible for purchase using both HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds. Use your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout to make a purchase using your available funds. View additional details here.
Can you ship products internationally?
Our products are currently available through Kinetic Konnection in Canada. While we currently don't offer other international shipping through our website, please send us a message to help@taycobrace.com and we can help walk you through options.
