I’ve been using this ankle brace after an injury, and it’s been a game-changer for getting back into running. It offers great stability without feeling restrictive, allowing me to move freely with dorsi flexion and plantar flexion while still feeling supported. The brace fits well over whatever trainers I am wearing that day. It’s also comfortable, without the restrictive feel of a compression or lace up brace, while still maintaining stability for the lateral tendon issues I’ve had since my injury. Overall, it’s the perfect balance of support and comfort, and I feel ready to take on more mileage, which I didn’t think would be possible ! Highly recommend it for anyone needing ankle support.

An old injury to an unresolved ankle ligament resulted in supination of my right foot, which led to a chronic hip and lower back tightness and pain (Ruffet's Ankle-Spine Spine Syndrome). Standard physical therapy and various ankle braces didn't work. I adopted the 8-minute Kinetic Chain Reset, which helped but I needed better ankle stabilization for walking and hiking. I discovered The TayCo Easy-On Sports Brace - AthleticX Brace and found that it provides the stabilization and support that I need to correct the supination, improve my gait and assist with reducing my lumbar tension.
