TayCo AthleticX Ankle Brace

I bought the brace to eliminate the chance of rolling my ankle after total ankle replacement surgery. I have another brace which fit inside a shoe but it wax uncomfortable. The TayCo brace which fits over the shoe is extremely comfortable while providing the stability and resistance to rolling that is required. I use the brace for both backpacking and tennis

Top strap came unglued where the Tayco logo is at . Need the toe strap to be about 2-3 inches longer barely goes across my boot with not much velcro securing it .

Solid Brace

Good material and easy to follow instructiins with the videos that were provided to me via text since I couldn't figure it out myself.
It keeps your ankle and leg in place in the locked position. The only rrason I gave it 4 stars is because the brace plastic strap on bottom does not fit on my Hoka Bondi shoes due to a wide heel base on the shoe so I had to switch shoes.

Solid product

This ankle brace is not the usual flimsy ankle wrap. This brace provides great support for your injured ankle, with the added benefit of fitting over your shoe which provides you with the ability to maintain your normal stepping pattern. I sprained my ankle about 5 years ago and it has been getting progressively worse. This brace has greaatly reduced the pain associated with everyday walking. I am very pleased with this product (the Recovery model), and would recommend.
